We are very sad to say that Timothy Best, our Sales Manager, has sadly left us after 20 years of service.
He has recently immigrated and so, will no longer be working for FB Crane Builders and Repairs. He started out as an apprentice, moving up the ranks to become the Sales Manager. Timothy has helped FB Cranes become what it is today. Over the years he has participated in many products such as the Mines Project and the Transwerke Project.
FB Cranes appreciates his time and effort that he put into the company to help it grow and achieve all that it has over the past years. All the staff members, his fellow colleagues as well as the business as a whole will miss him greatly.
Farewell and Good Luck Timothy!
It appears that FB Crane Builders and Repairs has been the victim of a fraudulent incident using our company details and emails. Our invoices were falsified, with false banking details and orders. This was perceived to be sent from our email address on our invoice template with a non-sequential invoice number and FNB banking details.
Out experienced IT team is looking into this incident currently. At this stage, it does not seem that our server was hacked. Our information is used to scam other companies only.
This notice serves to inform all partners that FB Cranes has a Standard Bank account ONLY and that all orders are processed on a customer supplied order number and a quote referenced.
FB Cranes Staff is standing by to assist in authentication of email and documents on 011 902 3271. Please ask for Lang, Thembani or Renier specifically, on the telephone to confirm that you are not the victim of an IT Scam.
